Volunteer Opportunities

Whether you are a business looking to make an impact on the community, an individual looking to volunteer your time, or a parent trying to find ways to teach your kids about the importance of giving back, ConfiKids has volunteer opportunities for all.

Join a Committee

ConfiKids has a number of volunteer committees, and we’re sure we have something you would be interested in. From fundraising to community outreach to marketing and branding. Let us know what you would like to be involved in!

Event Volunteers

ConfiKids holds a number of events throughout the year, and we are always looking for volunteers to help set-up, take-down, and keep the events in order.

Drivers

Have an automobile and some free time? We often run into instances where some kind person has offered to donate something beneficial to ConfiKids, and it needs to be picked up and dropped off somewhere.

 And So Much More……

Volunteer Spotlight - Randall Lyons

Volunteer Spotlight - Randall Lyons

Randall has been a consistent supporter of our ConfiKids’ Fishing Derby in Bourne, but this year, he has raised the bar even higher with his volunteer efforts!

He eagerly joined our fundraising committee where his concept of Annual Sponsorships has already seen amazing results. Later this year, Randall will be helping to lead the charge on a MOvember event, which will be a fun and creative way to raise funds for our kids. Randall can also be credited for our Channel Five for Good highlight.

In addition, his organization, the Massachusetts Marine Trade Association (MMTA), became an Embolden Sponsor in our ConfiKids community.

Randall said “I am a strong believer in the mission of ConfiKids to help build confidence in youth, through various enrichment activities, including sports, fishing and boating. Helping to provide support and funding for kids to participate in activities that they might not otherwise be able to is a critical step in raising confidence in kids and helping to keep kids happy, which I am also a big fan of!”

Randall lives in Foxboro with his wife Carolyn, and two kids Grady, age 9 and Scarlett, age 6.

Thank you Randall for your confidence in our mission!
